We are looking for a motivated, passionate and experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have a passion for providing excellent customer service and producing high-quality beverages.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will have an eye for detail and be able to deliver prompt, friendly service that meets the needs of our customers. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
• At least 1 year experience working in a barista role;
• An understanding of coffee bean varieties, brewing methods and various drinks;
• A professional attitude with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service;
• An ability to take direction and follow guidelines;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• A current food safety certificate or willingness to obtain one;
• Ability to work early mornings/late nights/weekends as required.
