We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Dubai! Our ideal candidate is an experienced and passionate individual who can provide an excellent customer service experience for our patrons. The Barista will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing customers with great tasting coffee and other beverages.

Job Description:
The Barista will ensure that all drinks are served to the highest standard, following all recipes and guidelines accurately. They will maintain a clean, organized workspace and handle all customer orders in a professional manner. The Barista will also be responsible for stocking shelves with products, keeping accurate records of sales, and providing information about available drinks. Additionally, they will be expected to upsell items when appropriate and help create a vibrant atmosphere in the cafe by engaging with customers.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not essential
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Great customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and safety regulations
• A positive attitude towards learning new skills
