Our company is looking for a Barista to join our team based in Dubai. We are offering a full-time position with a salary of 1800 per month. Our ideal candidate is customer-focused and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Making coffee drinks according to the company’s standards
• Preparing beverage ingredients and equipment prior to opening
• Taking orders from customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee shop, including washing dishes and tidying up the tables
• Assisting customers with their orders
• Upselling additional items such as pastries and other snacks when possible
• Handling cash payments accurately, in accordance with company policy
• Stocking shelves with freshly prepared beverages and snacks as needed

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• A friendly and outgoing demeanour
• Strong attention to detail
