Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude and great customer service skills, as well as the ability to prepare coffee drinks quickly and accurately according to established recipes. This position requires an individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to established recipes, making adjustments based on customer requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, ensuring that all areas are stocked and tidy at all times.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
• Stay up-to-date on current coffee trends, new products, menu items and seasonal offerings.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills at all times.
• Monitor inventory of supplies such as sugar, creamers, syrups etc., alerting management when necessary.
• Adhere to safety rules within the workplace at all times.

Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role desired but not essential.
• Basic math skills required for accurate measurement of ingredients during preparation of drinks.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure in busy environments while maintaining accuracy and quality of work product. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times. • A strong understanding of proper sanitation practices for food preparation areas is necessary for this role. • Self-motivated individual who can work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision required • Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed .
