We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The main duties of the Driver include transporting goods, maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle, and ensuring safety standards are met at all times.

The successful candidate should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and be willing to submit to background checks. The ideal candidate should also be physically fit, trustworthy and punctual. A good knowledge of the local area is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Transporting goods from one location to another in a timely manner
• Ensuring that vehicles meet all safety standards
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and ensuring all safety features are operational
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• Reporting any incidents or accidents immediately to the supervisor
• Completing delivery logs and other paperwork required by law

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and traffic laws
• Good knowledge of local roads is an advantage
• Physically fit with great stamina
