Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge in electrical engineering principles and practices as well as excellent problem solving skills. The Engineer must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate with other team members on various projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Electrical Engineer is to design, develop, install, maintain and repair electrical systems. This includes but is not limited to power distribution systems, lighting control systems, control systems for HVAC systems and other related components. The Engineer must be able to understand specifications from clients and translate them into practical solutions within the budget provided. They should also be able to provide technical advice to management regarding new installations or modifications of existing equipment. In addition to designing solutions for clients’ needs, the Electrical Engineer must also be able to troubleshoot existing equipment when it becomes defective or needs repair.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Ability to use various tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass background check/drug test prior to start date
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working in an engineering environment
