The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to represent the company in an effective way. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and can work well under pressure. The role involves establishing relationships with new customers, as well as servicing existing ones by providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be expected to identify customer needs, evaluate customer satisfaction levels, generate sales leads and promote our products or services in order to meet sales targets.

Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience working in sales or customer service roles
• Previous experience working with customers or clients in El-Ain is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure
