El-Ain is seeking a reliable and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing data related to the company’s operations. They will also be tasked with presenting key findings that can help inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently. A bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field is preferred. Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets and reporting software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data from multiple sources and determine trends or patterns that can help inform decisions
• Prepare statistical reports that summarize analysis results
• Interpret data for stakeholders and provide clear visualizations of findings
• Assess data quality and accuracy
• Develop strategies for collecting data from various sources
• Propose recommendations based on findings
• Use databases to store information efficiently
• Create reports to document processes and results of analysis
• Monitor KPI metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics or computer science (or a related field)
• At least two years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other analytical software
