We are seeking a Business Manager for our operations in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business management and an ability to think strategically and solve problems.

This position comes with a competitive salary of 1700 per month, plus benefits. We are open to considering both local candidates and immigrants who meet the requirements outlined below.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of business metrics. They should also be comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team.

In this role the Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business in Doha, including managing staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget, analyzing financial data to make decisions about investments or purchases, making sure that all policies and procedures are followed correctly, and any other duties as required.

The successful candidate must have at least five years’ experience in business management or related field; experience in the Qatar market is highly preferred but not essential; post-secondary qualifications related to business management or similar; ability to think strategically and make decisions based on data analysis; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team; fluency in both English & Arabic is an asset but not essential.
