We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a successful and growing business in a vibrant and dynamic city.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring that all goals and objectives are met. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies for increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and meeting financial targets. They will also need to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the business.

To be successful in this role it is essential that the candidate has a degree in Business or Management as well as at least five years’ experience working in a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, an analytical mindset and a good understanding of financial processes.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to lead teams by setting clear objectives and goals; they should also be able to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations efficiently. Additionally they must have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders alike.

The Business Manager will be expected to stay up to date with market trends in order to identify potential opportunities for growth as well as any risks which might impede progress. A good knowledge of the local market will be advantageous but not essential as training can be provided if needed.

Salary: 1600 per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are open to considering applications from foreign candidates who meet all other criteria outlined above.
