Business Manager – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the business, including budgeting and planning, overseeing sales and marketing activities, developing strategies to grow the business, and ensuring the efficient delivery of quality services.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in business or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They must possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills and have an eye for detail. A sound understanding of finance principles is also a must.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage daily business activities, set financial targets for the team, monitor performance against goals, provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze customer feedback to improve services provided, lead negotiations with suppliers/partners/customers as necessary, develop new strategies to grow the business and ensure customer satisfaction. They should also ensure that all relevant safety policies are followed at all times and maintain compliance with local laws.
