Business Manager in Doha

We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong business acumen to help guide our organization in the region.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think quickly and make decisions that will benefit the company. The Business Manager should also be able to develop innovative strategies, think outside of the box, and be adept at developing relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of current market trends and the ability to interpret them into actionable tasks.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for overseeing all aspects of operations within their area of responsibility, including budgeting and resource management. They will ensure that all staff are kept up-to-date on changes in policy or procedure, provide guidance and direction to ensure that tasks are completed on time, and coordinate with other departments on initiatives related to their area of expertise. In addition, they will be responsible for developing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing business operations within an organization
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Deep understanding of market trends and analysis techniques
• Ability to develop effective strategic plans
• Ability to identify areas of improvement within current processes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or related field
• At least 5 years experience in a similar role
