We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our business operations, ensuring that resources are properly allocated and utilized. The role requires a combination of strategic planning, goal-setting, financial analysis, and operational management.

The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in business management, finance or operations. We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills. The candidate should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with teams as well as independently.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing business strategies to increase profitability and grow the organization
• Developing short-term and long-term plans to maximize sales opportunities
• Conducting research into market conditions, industry trends, customer needs, competitors’ activities, etc., in order to determine potential new products or services
• Monitoring performance metrics such as ROI on marketing campaigns and customer satisfaction ratings
• Overseeing budgeting processes in order to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently
• Establishing policies and procedures for maintaining high standards of quality control
• Developing relationships with partners or vendors in order to secure favorable pricing or services
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments by researching current events, tracking competitors’ activities, attending conferences or trade shows.
