We are looking for a reliable, motivated and results-oriented Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in business management. This individual should be passionate about developing and managing business plans, leading teams and driving results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, creating and executing marketing plans, analyzing financial data to identify areas of opportunity for growth, managing day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing team development and performance, working closely with external stakeholders such as clients and vendors, building relationships with key decision makers and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This individual should also have excellent problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work well independently or collaboratively; an understanding of the local market; experience in budgeting; an understanding of customer service principles; strong interpersonal skills; the ability to make sound decisions quickly; an understanding of industry trends; knowledge of relevant software applications; an understanding of data analysis techniques; and leadership qualities.
