The successful applicant will be expected to:
• Create delectable desserts such as cakes, pastries, and other confectionery goods
• Follow recipes accurately while adding their own creative flair
• Ensure that all food preparation adheres to health and safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels for ingredients and equipment
• Collaborate with other chefs on menu design
• Maintain kitchen equipment in good condition
• Provide assistance to other staff members when required
