We are looking for a talented and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai, who will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of public works projects such as roads and bridges. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise in designing and planning public infrastructure projects.

The Civil Engineer must have a degree in Civil Engineering or related field with experience in the field, preferably in the Middle East. They must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and have excellent communication skills. The ability to work with a range of stakeholders including contractors, local authorities, and other teams is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Designing and planning public infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges and buildings
• Preparing technical reports on project progress
• Ensuring that construction projects meet safety regulations
• Providing guidance to project teams on design specifications
• Coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Negotiating project budgets with stakeholders
• Supervising project teams throughout construction process

The ideal candidate should possess:
• A degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven track record of successful engineering projects
• Understanding of safety regulations applicable to civil engineering projects
• Ability to work independently without much supervision
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
