Al Shamkhah City is looking for a Optometrist to join our team! We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about helping others. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the optometry field and be comfortable with assessing and treating patients. We are open to someone with no experience, but prefer someone who has at least one year of experience.

The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye examinations, prescribing glasses, contact lenses and other vision aids, diagnosing eye diseases, co-managing surgical cases with ophthalmologists and providing pre- and post-operative care to patients. This position also requires being able to explain different treatments or procedures to patients or their families as well as having an understanding of optical laws and regulations.

The successful candidate must have a degree in optometry or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university/college, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
