Surveyor Job Opening in Khalifah A City

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Khalifah A City. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 and we welcome applications from immigrants.

The successful candidate will be required to have an understanding of surveying regulations and the ability to interpret plans. He or she should have a minimum of two years experience in the field and be able to demonstrate their proficiency with surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS and levels. Knowledge of CAD software would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They should also be able to present survey findings in a clear manner. The ideal candidate should have great problem-solving skills, be highly organised and have good attention to detail.

The role involves measuring boundaries or distances between points on land, researching legal ownership of land or property boundaries, making sketches or taking photographs of surveyed areas, compiling data into maps or 3D models using specialist software, producing reports on their findings, reviewing survey applications for accuracy and maintaining records of survey sites. The Surveyor may also be required to inspect sites prior to construction works taking place or afterwards to ensure they comply with regulations or specifications.
