We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective merchandising strategies that support the company’s brand, increase sales and maximize profits.

The Merchandiser will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure that products are properly displayed in stores. They will be expected to conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the marketplace and develop strategies to capitalize on them. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies for positioning products in stores
• Evaluating customer preferences and developing product displays accordingly
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Creating promotional materials such as signs, displays, etc.
• Ensuring that store shelves are well-stocked with products
• Negotiating prices with suppliers
• Working closely with other departments within the company to ensure product availability

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
• Knowledge of current trends in the marketplace
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

We offer a salary of 1000 AED per month for this position. We welcome applications from foreign nationals who meet the job requirements.
