We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate must have the ability to develop, maintain and improve relationships with customers, while delivering the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively, have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. Additionally, the successful candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in sales and customer service.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue. They will also ensure that sales targets are met through effective training and coaching of sales staff. Furthermore, they should be able to identify new business opportunities by analyzing the market trends and assessing the needs of customers. They must be able to maximize customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing them with effective solutions.

The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. Prior experience in sales or marketing is required; experience in dealing with international customers is preferred. Knowledge of Middle Eastern markets is desirable but not a requirement.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month plus commission and benefits according to company policy. We are ready to consider applications from foreigners who meet all the requirements for this role.
