We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading sales activities and forming relationships with customers in the Sharjah area. A successful candidate should possess an understanding of the market and customer needs, while maintaining a professional attitude and working closely with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful individual must have strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for problem solving. They should also have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in sales is preferred but not necessary; however, we are willing to consider immigrants who bring unique insight and perspectives from other countries.

The Sales Manager will be expected to help develop strategies for increasing sales, create marketing campaigns, maintain customer relationships and handle customer complaints or inquiries. They must also be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed such as lead generation, attending trade shows, conducting market research and providing support for other departments within the organization.
