We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success and operations of the kitchen, including menu planning and design, staff training, budget management and food quality.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field as well as at least 5 years of experience as a successful Executive Chef. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a strong understanding of food safety standards. Leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve great results.

The Executive Chef will be required to possess strong culinary skills with an expertise in preparing international cuisine. They will also have knowledge of cost control procedures and be able to create menus that maximize profit margins while still satisfying guests. An awareness of current trends in the industry is essential in order to remain competitive in this position.
