Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Barista to serve customers in our cafe located in Reef Al Fujairah City. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have a passion for coffee, tea, and other beverages as well as an understanding of food safety regulations. This position offers an attractive salary of 1000 AED per month plus benefits.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships with customers
• Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other related equipment correctly and safely
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is required
• Fluent in English (preferably Arabic as well)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Prepare coffee drinks that meet quality standards set by the Cafe Manager
• Take orders from customers accurately
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while handling food items
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils & equipment during shift
• Assist customers with their orders; handle payment transactions accurately
