Land Surveyor - Dibba-El-Fujairah

We are looking for a qualified land surveyor to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate and timely data to our customers. Our ideal candidate is motivated, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The salary on offer is 1800 AED per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the land surveyor is to conduct surveys on land, buildings, property boundaries, construction sites, and other related activities. This includes measuring distances, angles, elevations, and other parameters using the latest surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and drones. The surveyor must also be able to interpret data correctly and prepare accurate reports for customers. Other duties may include taking photographs or videos of surveyed areas as well as monitoring weather conditions during surveys.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying/Geomatics or related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in land surveying;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, ArcGIS or similar software;
• Ability to carry out topographic surveys;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Must have valid UAE driver’s license;
• Must be willing to travel when required.
