We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring and plotting land, providing data for legal documents such as deeds, leases, and boundary agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or a related field and an extensive knowledge of surveying instruments and techniques. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze survey objectives and requirements
• Interpret legal descriptions of properties
• Utilize survey instruments including total station, GPS systems, levels, etc.
• Create detailed maps of land boundaries
• Investigate property titles to determine legal boundaries
• Maintain records of surveyed areas and generate reports
• Assist in resolving disputes over property boundaries

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
• Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques and instruments
• Experience with boundary investigations and mapping software
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
