Teacher Job
We are looking for a Teacher to join our Al-Kuwait team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing an appropriate instructional program in an elementary learning environment. You will be expected to create a flexible program and learning environment that provides a safe and stimulating atmosphere for students to learn and develop.

Responsibilities
• Develop lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners
• Differentiate instruction based on student needs
• Monitor student progress and use data to inform instruction
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress
• Provide students with appropriate feedback, both verbal and written
• Participate in professional development activities as needed

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related subject area
• Education certification preferred
• Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogies, as well as differentiated instruction based on student learning styles
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, colleagues, parents, administrators, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 per month plus possible bonus pay depending on experience. The ideal candidate should have no prior teaching experience but have the necessary education qualifications. We are willing to consider foreign applicants as well.
