Surveyor Job - Riyadh

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed maps of the designated area. In this role, you will also need to verify the accuracy of measurements and prepare reports outlining your findings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using a variety of specialized instruments and tools
• Determine precise measurements using total station, theodolite, level, plane table, GIS system and other survey equipment
• Verify accuracy of data collected
• Prepare detailed maps and reports based on field observations
• Assess potential site hazards such as landslides, flooding or erosion
• Analyze collected data to determine layout of infrastructure projects
• Maintain accurate records of all survey activities
• Monitor worksites to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Resolve survey discrepancies by collecting or analyzing data
Job Qualifications & Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field from an accredited college/university
• 2+ years’ experience in land surveying with excellent knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
Other Requirements: • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Excellent organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Physical fitness to handle outdoor activities in various weather conditions
