Job Requirements:
β’ 2+ yearsβ experience in the hospitality industry as a waiter/waitress or similar role.
β’ Good knowledge of English language (additional language is preferable).
β’ Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
β’ Ability to interact professionally with customers from different cultures.
β’ Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Greet guests upon arrival in the restaurant and take their orders promptly. β’ Present menus to customers and provide detailed information about each dish when asked by guests. β’ Serve food items according to the established standards of quality, portion control and presentation set by the restaurant. β’ Prepare drinks such as coffee, tea or other beverages as requested by customers. β’ Handle payment transactions accurately when customers are ready to pay their bill. β’ Clean tables after each guest has finished dining in order to prepare them for the next guest/group of guests quickly. β’ Ensure that all dishes are served according to health regulations and safety standards of the restaurant. β’ Monitor stock levels and order supplies when necessary. β’ Attend staff meetings regularly in order to stay updated on menu changes or new procedures within the restaurant.
