Project Manager Job Description in Doha

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of projects according to predetermined budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The Project Manager must possess excellent organizational skills, have experience with project management tools and techniques, and be able to work independently under tight deadlines.

The Role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling projects from start to finish. This includes managing the project scope and timeline, developing project plans, coordinating resources and tasks, monitoring progress against milestones, tracking budget performance against estimates, preparing reports for stakeholders (e.g., customers), ensuring compliance with quality standards, resolving conflicts between team members/stakeholders/customers, mitigating risks associated with the project execution, and making sure that the project goals are met on time.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., construction management)
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools & techniques (e.g., MS Project)
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects from start to finish on time and within budget
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills; able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive problem-solving skills; able to identify issues before they become problems
