Land Surveyor

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This position entails a variety of duties, including researching and analyzing legal documents, surveying land, creating maps and plans, and providing technical support to other staff members. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented with an excellent understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Requirements:
• A degree in surveying or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of three years of land surveying experience.
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents such as deeds, plans, zoning ordinances, and survey notes.
• Proven expertise in the use of GIS software such as ArcGIS or AutoCAD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to land surveys.

We are offering a competitive salary of SAR 1400 for this position and are willing to consider foreign applicants as well.
