We are looking for an experienced and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to the physical features of a particular land area, including its boundaries, elevation, topography and other measurable characteristics.

You should have excellent communication skills as you will be required to draw up plans and explain your findings to internal and external stakeholders. You should also have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. It is essential that you are highly organized, able to work within tight deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively and be familiar with relevant equipment such as GPS systems.

The ideal candidate will possess:
• A minimum of one year’s experience working in a similar role
• Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
• Excellent numerical skills
• Ability to interpret legal documents such as deeds
• Good computer skills with experience using mapping software
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
