We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate should have a strong technical background and be able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy. This role will require excellent knowledge of land surveying, legal regulations and topographical principles.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field, as well as a bachelor's degree in survey engineering or a related field. We are also willing to consider foreign candidates with comparable qualifications and experience.

The main responsibilities for this position include: conducting boundary surveys, topographical surveys, construction layout surveys, and other types of surveying; analyzing data from aerial photographs, maps and satellite imagery; preparing accurate survey reports; measuring land boundaries; reading and interpreting land titles; ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes; advising clients on legal matters related to property ownership and boundaries; monitoring construction activities at job sites.

In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
