Construction Manager

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects. You will manage from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and supervising the construction process.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of building codes and regulations; experience in project management; proficiency in industry software programs; excellent budgeting and planning skills; and an excellent customer service attitude.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1200/month as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation time and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Develop plans for projects based on the timeline, budget, quality standards and safety regulations
• Manage teams of subcontractors and other personnel throughout the construction process
• Monitor progress on site to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure work is completed according to specifications
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure all materials used meet standards
• Prepare reports regarding progress and any issues that arise during construction process

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or other industry software programs
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
