Job Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for recording financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts payable/receivable, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, monitoring cash flow and developing budgets.

Professional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Job Responsibilities:
• Record financial transactions into accounting software systems daily
• Reconcile accounts payable/receivable on a regular basis
• Prepare financial reports for management review on a timely basis • Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available when needed • Develop budgets as needed for projects or operations • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions • Assist in creating cost-saving measures for various departments • Identify areas where improvement is needed in terms of efficiency or accuracy
