We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in creating coffee-based drinks, is familiar with the latest industry trends, and has strong customer service skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with excellent service, taking orders, and making drinks to the highest standard. They will also be expected to keep their work station tidy and clean at all times throughout their shift. Additionally, they must be able to handle busy periods of activity as well as slow times while still providing top-notch customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to converse easily with customers. They must be punctual and reliable, as well as take initiative when needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Additionally, experience in working in a coffee shop or restaurant is beneficial but not essential.
