Job Description:
We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, heavy trucks, cranes and front end loaders to excavate, move and grade earth, rocks, gravel or other materials during construction and related activities. The successful candidate must have good physical strength as well as the ability to read technical plans and operate complex machinery in a safe manner.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must have experience operating heavy equipment including knowledge of common operating techniques, safety protocols and familiarity with different types of construction equipment. The candidate must also possess excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength and stamina. In addition, the Heavy Equipment Operator must possess strong problem solving skills in order to troubleshoot any machine malfunctions that may occur while on the job.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
• Ability to read technical plans and blueprints
• Knowledge of common operating techniques and safety protocols
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Physical strength and stamina to maneuver heavy objects
• Strong hand-eye coordination
