Petroleum Engineer in Dubai, UAE


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cost-effective oil and gas field development plans, monitoring all operations related to oil, gas and petrochemical production, and providing technical support to the team.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, a strong understanding of geology, reservoir engineering, and petroleum engineering fundamentals, as well as excellent organizational skills. An advanced degree in Petroleum Engineering is preferred but not required.

The Petroleum Engineer's primary responsibilities include performing reservoir simulation studies, designing well plans for optimal production rates, supervising drilling operations and workover activities, evaluating improvements on existing wells or facilities, recommending solutions for reservoir management problems, and optimizing recovery methods. Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for interpreting data from geological surveys, geophysical logs and other sources to determine the best site for drilling new wells.
