Petroleum Engineer - Dubai

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of oil and gas fields, including production, storage, distribution and transportation. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and possess the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop plans for oil and gas field development projects
• Monitor the progress of drilling operations and provide technical support as needed
• Analyze data from production tests to identify areas of improvement
• Design enhanced oil recovery techniques for increased efficiency
• Assist in the evaluation of project feasibility
• Stay abreast of industry news and trends related to petroleum engineering
• Monitor regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience working in petroleum engineering
• Proven track record of successful project management in oil & gas fields
• Proficient in using software related to petroleum engineering (e.g., PVT simulators, well logging)
• Knowledgeable about safety regulations related to petroleum engineering operations
