We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have the ability to organize and manage a team, as well as supervise daily operations.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have the ability to make decisions quickly. They should also have a proven record of success in a similar role.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the assigned team and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for monitoring staff performance and providing feedback, managing conflicts between staff members, providing support to team members when needed, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. In addition, they will be required to review reports, analyze data, and ensure that operations run smoothly.

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management or related field. Experience working with immigrants is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 KWD per month for this position.
