Waiter
We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a positive attitude.

Job Description
The Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills. This position requires a professional, reliable and friendly individual who can take orders and serve food efficiently. They should also be knowledgeable about the menu and able to help customers make decisions on what to order.

Responsibilities
• Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus
• Take orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
• Ensure that the dining area is kept clean and well-stocked at all times
• Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the meal service period
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and other related inquiries
• Follow health codes to ensure food safety guidelines are met.
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
• Must have excellent communication skills in English (preferably bilingual)
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health codes for food safety is preferred
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be authorized to work in Jeddah
