We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate should have the necessary skills and experience to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements for the Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Diploma/certificate in culinary studies or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of hygiene standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for cooking with ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Job Description:
The Chef will be responsible for preparing meals of the highest quality according to recipes. The duties include selecting ingredients, developing menus, ensuring that all food items are prepared correctly, monitoring stock levels and ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean at all times. The Chef will also be accountable for overseeing other kitchen staff members such as Cooks, Sous Chefs and Kitchen Assistants. Furthermore, the Chef must keep up with current culinary trends, develop new recipes, coordinate kitchen staff members’ activities and assess their performance.
