Office Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to the office staff and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The successful candidate must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should be experienced in providing administrative support and managing office systems. The candidate must also be able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
β’ Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries as needed
β’ Ensure the office is well stocked with necessary supplies
β’ Organize daily calendars of the office staff
β’ Monitor incoming emails and respond accordingly
β’ Execute administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, photocopying, etc.
β’ Prepare agendas for meetings scheduled in the office
β’ Greet visitors and answer their queries or direct them to the appropriate department or person
β’ Assist with onboarding new employees by providing necessary orientation about the companyβs policies, procedures, etc.
β’ Maintain an accurate record of all financial transactions taking place in the office
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or equivalent field preferred
β’ Minimum of two yearsβ experience in an administrative role
β’ Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
β’ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month for this position. We are ready to consider an immigrant too.
