The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing customer relationships. They will also be required to monitor and resolve customer complaints, manage customer expectations, and lead the team to ensure that customer service standards are met.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Ability to assess situations quickly and accurately
