Basic Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field
• At least three years of experience as an Optometrist
• Valid license to practice optometry in Abu-Dhabi or ability to obtain one
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Job Responsibilities:
• Examine patients’ eyes using specialized instruments such as ophthalmoscopes, retinoscopes, and lenses to detect any vision problems
• Diagnose vision problems and prescribe corrective lenses such as eyeglasses or contact lenses
• Prescribe medications for the treatment of eye diseases or conditions such as glaucoma or allergies
• Monitor patients’ vision changes over time and adjust prescription accordingly
• Educate patients on the importance of proper eye care including the use of protective eyewear
