We are looking for a Light Driver to work in Dubai. The successful candidate should have a valid UAE driving licence and previous experience in similar roles.

The role will involve driving delivery vehicles of varying sizes, so the candidate must be comfortable driving large vehicles in urban and rural areas. The successful applicant should be able to read maps and plan routes efficiently and effectively. They will also need excellent customer service skills when dealing with customers at delivery destinations.

In addition, the Light Driver must be able to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks such as ensuring that oil/water levels are correct, checking tyre pressure and ensuring fuel levels are full. It is essential that they have a good understanding of health and safety regulations related to driving, including knowledge of how to use secure loading techniques when necessary.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate reliability and punctuality as well as having an eye for detail when completing paperwork associated with deliveries. They should also be flexible with their working hours as the role may require working over weekends or late evenings when necessary.
