We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef for a high-end establishment in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes, a keen eye for detail and the ability to lead a large team of kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of professional experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fast paced, high volume restaurant. A comprehensive knowledge of regional and international cuisine is essential, as is the ability to manage costs while ensuring the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and have excellent communication skills. They must be able to motivate and mentor staff members, while maintaining strict health and safety standards in the kitchen. The responsibilities include menu development, ordering supplies, ensuring food quality and overseeing kitchen operations on a day-to-day basis.
