Job Summary:
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in the preparation of high quality meals that exceed our guests’ expectations. You will plan menus, manage inventory, order supplies and oversee food preparation to ensure exceptional dining experiences. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring kitchen staff in culinary techniques and kitchen safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan menus based on established guidelines
• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared in accordance with recipes and standards
• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for daily operations
• Estimate required food quantities accurately to minimize waste
• Manage costs within budget parameters while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor food safety regulations, making sure they are followed correctly by all kitchen staff
• Train other chefs/cooks on how to use new cooking methods or ingredients
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Culinary Arts Degree or relevant certification

• Minimum 1 year experience as Executive Chef or similar role

• Knowledge of food safety regulations

• Excellent leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Great organizational skills

• Immigrant status
