Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a talented and creative leader who can bring a wealth of knowledge, skills and expertise to the role. This role is responsible for leading the kitchen team in creating delicious meals that deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
• Develop new recipes and menus, as well as plan, coordinate, and direct food preparation
• Supervise kitchen staff activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health regulations regarding food storage, sanitation, cleanliness and waste management
• Monitor food inventory levels to anticipate supply needs
• Maintain equipment operations by following instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; conducting preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
• Establish control procedures such as portion control systems to monitor costs
• Manage budgets related to kitchen operations such as food costs and labor costs
• Plan special events such as holiday celebrations or wine tastings
Qualifications & Experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen role
• Proven success in leading a team of chefs in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment
• Advanced knowledge of nutrition, culinary techniques, recipes, menu planning and cost management principles with experience in high-volume catering operations preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

The successful candidate must be authorized to work in Dubai. We are ready to consider an immigrant who meets the necessary requirements. We offer a salary of 1100 per month for this position.
