We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a high-end restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills, knowledge of the food industry, and a passion for creating unique and outstanding dishes. They must be able to provide creative direction, set high standards, and lead a team of kitchen staff. The position requires the ability to work independently while also collaborating with the head chef and other team members.

The successful candidate should possess strong leadership, decision-making and management capabilities. They should have a thorough understanding of financial aspects of the kitchen operations, including cost control and budgeting. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail is essential to effectively running the restaurant's kitchen.

The ideal applicant should have at least five years of experience as an executive chef in a fine dining setting or similar experience in a hotel/restaurant setting. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred. Additionally, the Executive Chef must be able to motivate their team to achieve results and be willing to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
