Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the IT industry or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
Job Duties:
• Lead a team of professionals to deliver successful projects within budget and on time
• Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, cost estimates, etc.
• Monitor progress against project plans and take corrective actions when necessary • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met • Manage resources (including personnel, hardware/software, budget) to ensure successful project completion • Report regularly on project progress to upper management
